联合利华2010校园招聘网申攻略（含oq和试题答案）

联合利华的网申开始啦，作为世界快消的龙头企业，我怎么能错过？今天早晨刚上线我就去申请了。

网申地址是通过http://job.dajie.com/position_46621.html进入的

联合利华的页面做的非常华丽，联合利华的申请流程不算复杂，需要准备中英文两份简历上传

有两道Open Questions，先放出来给大家看

1.Could you please specify the 5 most important attributes which you value most when you choose an employer?

2.Could you please tell us the reason why you would apply for Unilever Management trainee program? How would you expect to start your “Great Journey with Unilever” through the Management trainee program?

联合利华的网申主要包括个人信息的9大项的填写Basic Information 、 Education、 Basic Skills 、

Honor/Scholarship、Extra-Curricular Activities、Work Experience 、Job Questions 、 Open Questions 、Upload Files

另外还有一些对联合利华的常识参考题，我也一并放出参考答案来方便大街网的用户吧。

下面放全程截图版吧：

1.申请职位（当然填完简历申请也可以）

由于联合利华页面很多动态效果，我觉得吧最好用ie的浏览器，省的有些浏览器不支持功能。

2.注册/登录

我选的是市场职位，点击“apply now”，这个时候英才要求登录。

特别提示：没有账号的同学需要注册，但注册完英才会让你填写更多项，那些是没有用的，直接关掉页面，重新从联合利华的网申页面上再次点击“apply now”进入

3.弹出职位确认信息，点击“save&next”进入下一步

4.填写个人信息

总共包括9大项的填写，带星的为必填项

Job Questions * Open Questions * Upload Files *

5.基本信息填写

建议上传证件照。最佳尺寸：宽90像素，高120像素。请上传JPG、JPEG或者GIF文件，文件大小不要超过50K。点击 “浏览”按钮指定您要上传的文件。证件照的要求最好用PHOTOSHOP做成他要求的最佳尺寸，不然上传后会变形
